Certified Used Truck & Trailer Inspections

A copy of any work order(s) for repairs made by TA at Customer's request will be included in the inspection documentation left in the inspected truck or with the inspected trailer. If for any reason inspection documentation is not in the inspected truck or with the inspected trailer, copies are available from the Customer. TA’s Nationwide Limited Warranty only applies to repairs made by TA at Customer’s request, and is limited by, and subject to, the terms of the Nationwide Limited Warranty. TA’s Nationwide Limited Warranty does not apply to the inspections themselves. Inspections of used trucks and trailers are performed by TA Truck Service (a dba of TA Operating LLC) solely to report information about a truck/trailer at the time of inspection. A “Certified Used” emblem adhered to a truck/trailer means only that the inspection reflected in the inspection documentation provided with the truck/trailer was conducted. The inspections, while thorough, do not and cannot address every item on a truck/trailer, and serve only as a guide and aid in the inspection process. TA Operating LLC does not provide implied or express warranties of any kind in connection with the inspections or the use of the “Certified Used” emblems. TA Operating LLC specifically disclaims any liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with ownership or operation of the inspected truck/trailer and further disclaims any liability for any damage or defects not found during inspections.
